1.) I would like to recommend Kelly Lee based on her outstanding hard work and dedication that she provides for her clients. Throughout the process of buying a home, Kelly went above and beyond the call of duty daily by emailing me all paperwork involving the property purchase and then taking the time to explain each document to me, and willingly answering any and all questions that I would have. Kelly Lee came highly recommended to me from her previous clients who were extremely satisfied with her and the attentiveness that she gave them and their property throughout their whole purchase process
2.) I have never met such a hardworking and committed individual who genuinely cares for her clients and their best interests. I had a 100% loan with no down payment, which in today's seller's market is not a competitive position to be in to buy a house, and Kelly was able to find me exactly the place I was looking for, in the price range I could afford. She didn't look at my situation as a disadvantage, but rather a challenge. I attribute her positive outlook and drive to the reason that I was able to purchase this property. Kelly has the ability to sell not only the offer that is being presented to the seller, but she also sells the person too. This service is exactly what Kelly provided for me, and without her I wouldn't have had the opportunity to acquire such a nice home.
