Kaimuki
Kaimuki is located on the slopes of
Diamond Head and is made of mostly older
residential homes. It is on the edge of
Waikiki and provides several shopping
areas, schools and restaurants. The
weather in this area is dry for the most
part. Kaimuki runs from the slopes of
Diamond Head to the hillsides of St.
Louis Heights and Wilhelmina Rise.
Waialae/Kahala
The Kahala neighborhood houses some of
the most expensive homes on the island.
It is located on the coast between Black
Point and the Kahala Hotel. It features
some of the largest parcels in the area
with many exceeding 10,000 square feet.
It has several ocean front parcels which
are the priciest in the area. Kahala is
also home to the Waialae Country Club
and the Kahala Mall.
Hawaii Loa Ridge
Hawaii Loan Ridge is a gated community
perched atop the hillside of Hawaii Loa
featuring estate like homes with views
on either side of the ridge. Views to
the West provide the ocean views and
views of Diamond Head. To the east the
views also include the ocean and the
Koko Head Crater. Theses lots have view
protection to ensure all residences
enjoy the view. Hawaii Loa Ridge also
houses and additional gated communit
within called The Pointe. Residences of
this community enjoy ownership in the
Pointe Club clubhouse.
Hawaii Kai/Portlock
Hawaii Kai is a suburban residential
community located on the far East side
of Oahu and contains several communities
with various housing types including
ocean front, marina front, single-family
homes, townhouses and condominiums. It
is one of the fastest growing
communities on Oahu following West
Oahu’s Kapolei area. Hawaii Kai offers
